hello with all,

I am new here and I wish to buy that:
http://nellies.com/customer/product.php?productid=16638&cat=&page=

or the SM 3000 by marcy with a AB 4050 in the place of the AB 4000 which is your opinion above,

I buy this material more for safety when I entraine since I am only in particular with the squat and with DC.

if not knowing that I am in France and that I have a budget of approximately 1000 euros (1000 dollars) and a rather large coin, and that I have already the cast iron and the bars, which is the material that you advise me?

thank you for your answers.

This is a pretty low traffic forum, and really nobody's going to reply unless they have that equipment that you mentioned.

This is the first time I saw the post. I have the AB4050 bench alone, and it's a really good bench. It has 6 different reclining positions which I like a lot. The pin system used on the bench was a little difficult to understand at first, but it works great once you get used to it. The curling pad comes out, but the leg extension part does not, which can be a nuisance sometimes. Overall, it's a really solid piece of equipment. I can't comment on the smith machine part, but I can tell you that the bench is quality and I bet the rest of the system is, too.

i've looked at the posts on this subject and the opinions is divided.

Yeah, just this part of the message board doesn't get too many visitors. Anyway, whether you get the smith machine or the rack is really up to you. Some people like the safety of the smith machine, others don't like it's restrictiveness. I have neither... I don't have a lot of space and so I just use dumbells with my bench. Someday in the future I hope to get a squat rack, that would be my preference. Let us know what you decide to get and how you like it!
