I been doing this workout http://www.bodybuilding.com/teen/steh7.htm
On day 14. With proper eating. I added a mile walk to weekdays.
I was curious any faster way of helping my endurance? I can only jog about half a mile at a fast pace. If i Jog any slower to me it seems like walking. I want to be able to run a mile without stopping and a mile and half.

I was never a runner until I was suckered into doing a 5k. Now most people look at a 5k like its nothing but to me it was huge. I was like you I couldn’t even run half a mile at a decent pace. But I finally conquered my weakness and now I can run 3 miles at an 8 min pace. Here is what I did...
I new I could run a half-mile at a 12 min pace, so I started there. I ran 5 days a week and every day I would try and add .05 miles on to the run. So the first day I ran .50 miles, day 2 I ran .55, day 3 .60 etc... Now I have to admit I did have some days that I could not increase but that was my daily goal. Once I reached a mile I started over and tried to run a mile at a 10 min pace. After I was comfortable running a mile I started tacking time on the end of the mile. Now I am no marathon runner but my goal was to run solidly in the 5k and I feel like I did (especially for my first run ever). Try and find a 5k fun run in you area and sign up and use that for motivation. Good luck.

I don't think this will work for you but previously being an endurance runner (on the short end of the spectrum, only 3-7 miles) and an ectomorph I've found the best way to get back in is to just to go out and do it.
If I try to go in steps, 1 mile then 1.5 mile then whatever, I don't get anywhere. I'll go all out and run six miles as fast as I can or continuously run for 30 minutes on this hell-spawn demonic 5K course to give myself a jumpstart and then work in various distances and levels of difficulty. (I do have a week of warm-up, where I try to run in the 1, 1.5 mile fashion, but I always end up doing it in jumpstart fashion.)
I wouldn't recommend doing or trying this way unless you know your body and have previously been an endurance runner (in the last six months) without even minor history of injury.
With running, to get better, you really got to push it. The problem is since running is a sustained effort it's hard to actually push it. So set high immediate goals and try as hard as you damn well can to achieve them. If you don't make it, you still ran more than you used to, didn't you?
Remember that both race-pace and long-haul running will improve you, so every once in a while cut that mileage in half and run your heart out.
