First, I'd like to thank everyone for the great information offered on these boards, espcially John for setting them up!

Can anyone recommend a good set of scales?

I'm having trouble finding any that are consistant. I weigh, step off, weigh again and get anywhere from 1-5lb difference (especially on digital scales.

Any recommendations are much appreciated! :)

edit: darn spelling!

Hey,

I was looking for some accurate weight scales too, but err i cant afford them :)

I found some nice ones on amazon.com, however the digital ones which is what i assume you're after are very expensive...or at least they are for a student like me:P

Hi,
i'm not sure if ur looking for just scales to weigh, or to also measure bodyfat. But i use Tanita UM-019, they become pretty useless for measuring bodyfat as soon as you start dropping water, but they're very consistant for weighing (accurate to 0.2 lb).
They can also measure in Kg and St/lb. I bought mine in the UK but i'm sure u could pick them up in the US for approx $40-45.

Hey, thanks for the replies!

I'm just looking for scales to weigh on, they don't have to be digital just a preference :)

Thanks!
