I got one today at a local store for $399, some sort of "floor model" but sold as new w/warranty which seems like a good deal. they're delivering it next weekend so I can still cancel it, but I tried it out and it seemed OK. are Athlon products any good? I don't expect it to last forever nor be as nice as the Life Fitness machines at the gym, but those are $3,000!

I have never tried one, and can't find any opinions on the net about them. The price you paid seems very good and if you like it and got a good warranty with it I bet you'll be ok.
