Anyone know the GI for these?? Are they good to eat in the morning? My workouts arent in the morning they're in the afternoon sometime. When I wake up I start my day with a bowl of wheaties and 1/2 cup fat free milk. Then 3 hours later I usually will eat 2 slices 100% wheat bread with 2 slices of turkey ham and 1 slice fat free cheese. I also guzzle down 26g whey with sandwich. Another thing.. anyone know the GI on Platains (platanos).. Damn I love to eat them after being boiled but they are super loaded with carbs and I'm trying to restrict that a bit.

Are these ok breakfast meals or am I just stalling my fat burners...please help guys I've been eating like this everyday..

Ok so thanx alot laters =P

An uncooked, unripe plantain has a GI of 40. Not really that high, in fact I was pleasantly surprised. I also love plantains but gotta keep away from the fried ones (tostones here in PR). It's been really tough, I've eaten them my whole life, in fact my mom, instead of breast feeding me, let me suck on a plantain

Sorry, I think my mind just turned off, too much work, which I should be doing instead of hanging around here... :D
