Thanks guys for the quick response. I measured my body fat the other day and it was 15.4 and that was two weeks ago. I am now really cutting down on my fat intake to try and loose the belly fat. So what is this Hiit that I keep hearing about? I really appriciate all the input. Got to get to 10% to show the abs. Wow, well I would say that is a good goal to try to get there by summer. I will definetly start doing abs every third day or about 3 times a week from now on. I love this website forum!!!

To second Jono and throw out some other ideas:
You need to eat properly: fats, carbs, and protein. Yes, your body needs you to eat fat for it to function properly.
You need to drink lots of water. About 1 gallon per day.
You can't lose "belly fat" -- you lose fat throughout your body. There is no isolated fat loss.
You could probably stand to do some reading. I don't mean to sound insulting, but there is a lot to read on this site. bodybuilding.com ('http://www.bodybuilding.com') and fatlosstips.com ('http://www.fatlosstips.com') are also good resources.
If you want to know more about HIIT, just use google ('http://www.google.com/search?q=HIIT+cardio&sourceid=mozilla-search&start=0&start=0&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8')
Once you have questions (and you should!) post!

Why didn't you reply in the other thread? There's no reason to start a new one just to reply to another.

I am sure i wont cut out all the fat, but you have to remember I was eating fast food twice a day on a regular basis up until the first week of january so i have cut my fat intake down considerably. And, yes I need to do some reading and really learn what to do and what not to do. This website forum is exactly what I have been looking for.
