After four weeks of some really good progress, something happened to my motivation...it just disappeared. This resulted in me, somehow taking 9 weeks off of my plan. :( Incredibly, I don't think I've lost THAT much ground, although I do notice parts of my body starting to store fat again.
My original plan was to be at 9.5% by September 14th, my 36th birthday, but unless I REALLY work hard, I won't be reaching THAT goal for a while. Right now I suppose I'm sitting at around 17-18%BF.
So, starting today I am back to eating clean, lifting and cardio. I'll take pictures of my starting point, but I'm not planning on taking pictures again until my birthday, 2 months from now. Hopefully this journal will help to keep me motivated.
For anyone who's interested, here's a post with my original plan and photos in it. My 4 week photos. (http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=4395)
