Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone know of a good and simple program that can do the following:

Add Kcal, carbs, protein and fat per 100gram so i can add all my most common used foods and easily plan my meals day by day.
Then display the total amount of Kcal, protein, fat and carbs both in % and weight for each meal.
And at the bottom sum the whole day up(usually 5-6meals).

The programs i come across so far mostly have diffrent stats on the food from what i have and i cant add my personal favourites.

Sorry for poor grammar and all but im from sweden :)

/thx in advance

Hi,

register at www.fitday.com, it gives you excellent control of your meals. It has tons of foods to "add" to your meal plan, and gives you all info you need on ingredients. You also have the option of adding your own custom dishes that aren't listed, such as potatiskorv... :)

Had written my own little web app that did the same thing, but scrapped it upon finding fitday.com... saved me a log of data entry!

Dietpower from dietpower.com can also be of use. It is what I use and seems to do what you are looking for it to do.
