i did low intensity cardio 2 weeks for 45mins, they got a tv at the gym, or i just sat it out (on the bike!) try to keep my heart rate up (harder than i thought!)

buuuuut, i just did that once, im back on that all HIIT workout routine now, so much more fun, exhausting and faster!

Dancing probably puts your heartrate somewhere in there. Just move and groove. :tucool:

This is going to sound silly... but quite honestly when I play DDR (yeah I know a 21 year old who has and plays DDR) on std and heavy difficulty it can make me break a sweat and keep my heart rate up better than I would have ever thought.

Well, I do martial arts, so I can just practice my forms intensely.

On a stationary bike, you can put yourself next to a TV and play on a video game console. Madden football works well :D

Incline walking, hands down. There is one treadmill at my gym that is for incline walking and it flat out rules. I sometimes fantasize that I'm marching in the military or something, and for some reason I find its more fun and "manly" to march to the beat of my tunes than pedal, step, row, or run. :D

The most "fun" method for me, involves my girlfriend, strawberries and soft music ;)

But if that is not an option, i like to go for walks/bike outside rather than do cardio at the gym. Something about being out in the fresh air I guess. Just put some headphones on and I'm lost.

Just like the other post floating around here, I love to box with the heavybag. Not for everyone, but I just love it, could do it every day.
