Just move and groove. :tucool: DeafNgari Sun, July 11th, 2004, 03:17 AM This is going to sound silly... but quite honestly when I play DDR (yeah I know a 21 year old who has and plays DDR) on std and heavy difficulty it can make me break a sweat and keep my heart rate up better than I would have ever thought. Well, I do martial arts, so I can just practice my forms intensely. On a stationary bike, you can put yourself next to a TV and play on a video game console. Madden football works well :D TheLemonSong Sun, July 11th, 2004, 03:58 AM Incline walking, hands down. There is one treadmill at my gym that is for incline walking and it flat out rules. I sometimes fantasize that I'm marching in the military or something, and for some reason I find its more fun and "manly" to march to the beat of my tunes than pedal, step, row, or run. :D txitalian Sun, July 11th, 2004, 12:05 PM The most "fun" method for me, involves my girlfriend, strawberries and soft music ;) But if that is not an option, i like to go for walks/bike outside rather than do cardio at the gym. Something about being out in the fresh air I guess. Just put some headphones on and I'm lost.
