Did this today... kinda by accident. It'll work better if you have a blender made of glass. I put 4 medium-large frozen strawberries and 1/2 a medium banana in the blender and put it the freezer before my lifting. I also blend 8oz of water with 1 scoop of strawberry all the whey protein and put that in my fridge to get it cold.

Once the fruit is very cold and so is the blender... pour the water with the protein mixed in into the very cold glass blender and blend it up with the frozen fruit and add some splenda. It is kinda tough to blend so it is soo frozen and thick, but a decent blender should do it just stir frequently.

Itll come out very thick... milkshake like almost like sorbet. Best of all no milk (if you are like me and have cut dairy out of non-cheat days) and it itll be 200-250 calories as I made it with 1/2protein 1/2 carbs 0fat :D great for PWO when combined with something else or you could just make a larger one.
