Its not totally noticable but what is up with back fat. Took me forever to get abs, but now some of the fat has moved to my back (mid area), its the only damn fat on my body!
Most of you know I run a whole lot and lift, just a cardio-maniac but how do you get rid of back fat. I don't believe in spot-shadowing but I have no other ideas besides weights.

Probably not the answer that you want to hear, but diet will be the most important factor.

What is your bodyfat? If it's already extremely low and you've got an overabundance of back-fat, there is only one sure-fire way to get rid of it, and that involves a plastic surgeon.

You have your answer, work muscles under the layer of fat. If you are finished cutting, switch your diet to maintaining. Let the weight training burn your calories.
There might be something about you can't spot reduce fat layers, I am not sure. But it is a truism to me that you can mold your body in spots by exercise.

Quit "running" and choose a better form of cardio that promotes lipolysis, do that for about 1 month, then tell us how your back looks.

Thanks, yea I'm trying to shake things up with my workouts. It might require some minor surgery, if I trim my diet anymore my health will suffer. Will work on more muscule building.
