Almost the same thing happened to me last Spring, I almost thought I had mono. If your doctor can't figure anything out or you can't then you have hit the "wall".

It is natural to go and go and go but then all of a sudden just crash. I was running everyday 4,5,6 miles lifting and embarking on a crazy diet regimen, I did this for almost a year, then my body just said enough. So I took about a month off then slowly started to force myself out the door to get back into my routine. After a while pacing myself I finally got back to where I was.

Just relax for another week at most, then try to find some motivation or feeling you had back when you were in your "prime".

If thats the case then i will start body weight exercises in a week to get back to normal?
