First off, I would like to say hello to everyone. Ever since I found this site I have been more motivated than ever! Thanks guys and gals :tu: Now to my question... I try very hard to keep track of what I eat everyday. I like to keep a log of all the protein, fat, carbs, calories, and sugar that I consume on a daily basis. I run into a problem though when I eat something that does not come with nutrition facts. For example, for dinner I usually have a big piece of chicken, fish, or lean meat. How can I tell how many calories, protein, fat, etc, that I am consuming? Is there a website that can give me close approximations to these amounts? Thanks
