What do you all use for weighing yourselves?
Normal bathroom scales?
Im about to buy some so was wondering whats best, how about the digital type?

I'm curious too. I have a crappy OLD bathroom scale and I am in need of a new one. Mine is at least 10 lbs off (even when scaled to zero with no one on), and probably fluctuates a few pounds on top of that!

I use a normal digital bathroom scale.

I use a digital scale I think from tamatra or something like that - seems almost spot on accurate - just use it on a hard surface. It also measures body fat - but its not even close to accurate...so I use digital calipers for that.

Digital scales, especially the more expensive they are, rarely drift. The load cell stays fairly accurate over time.

Analog scales (the kind with dials) drift quite a bit as they age.

The most affordable repeatable scale is the beam scale like they use in the doctor's office.
