A little info first of course... I am 5'8" and current down to 145 with a bodycomp calculated BF% of 8.3% (which is of course not accurate... but it has gotten very low). I've been cutting for a month and been very happy with the results. I am currently eatting 1800-1900 cals a day of clean food at close to 40/40/20... Im over 40% on protein on a lot of days . I take L-Glu as well as Allthewhey protein and beverly international vitamins. I do lift currently twice a week full body but am about to change my program. I do cardio 5-6 times a week (switch between biking and running).

Now I would like to maintain my current weight and mass more or less till the end of the summer when I'll start a "clean bulk." I wouldn't mind adding some lean mass over the summer but I'd just like to keep my BF down for the shirtless summer time. I was thinking 2300ish clean cals would be a good start? Thanks in advance!

Hello,

It looks like your BMR is 1690.15. So using Harris-Benedict and assuming you are moderately active, you would need around 2100 cal per day for cutting and 2700-3100 for bulking. I would maybe try going for 2700 for a few weeks and see how it goes from there, increasing or decreasing as needed. It is not an exact science and unfortunately what works for some, does not work for others.
