hey newb here..i hope this is the right section for this question but iv been trying to get that 6pack but it feels like it isnt working...what are some of the things you guys do? i do 2 sets of 25..somone told me to do em everyday then someone told me to do em every other day and im getting confused..so basically what im asking is,what kinda routine you guys do and what i should eat...thanks

Abs are just like any other muscle group... Do them no more than twice a week. It's healthy to keep that way to recover your muscles.
Also, diet is 80% excercise is 20%. So, you need to watch what you're eating and also drink a lot of water.

whats your BF?

if you have a high BF, you probably won't see 'em cuz the of the fat above it.

alright so crunchs only twice a week..got it. :tu:
What kinda foods would u suggest i eat? i dont eat much food but i do have the usual breakfast,dinner and i do drink alot of water..

2 meals a day won't get close.

I'd do a search on cutting diets and get to work on research.
