Okay here goes..
Im 186 lbs right now and at about 9-10% body fat
I am desperately trying to get down to that 6- 8 percent
I have followed the strictest diet I can find (www.fatlosstips.com)
and doing my cardio in the morning before I eat..yet i seem to not be able to break that barrier of supreme rippedness...i can just see my abs forming from under the fat but thats about it (ill post pics sooner or later)..so I know that using any kind of diet pill is temporary..but HOW temporary...and would anyone recommend hydroxycut to shed those last few lbs of fat???? I heard its good to take it before u do your morning cardio on an empty stomach...but that doesnt sound too settling to me...any thoughts?

It's your body, it's up to you. I wouldn't suggest it.

I tried Ripped Fuel, which is pretty simply Greet Tea Extract plus some other supplemental nutrients linked to fat loss through studies, and I can tell you that it did help not only in helping reduce how much food I wanted to eat, but also that it 'appeared' to increase my fat loss to the point that I can now (for the first time in my life) see my top 4 abs clearly. My friend, who has a full six-pack now, says that taking Ripped Fuel helped him push past the 10% plateau and get down to 6%, and he can now see his full six pack and more.
It seems to me that these products, aside from the individual nutrients they add to your diet to increase metabolic activity, just help push your body out of its comfort zone (ie starvation mode). Just that extra little bit of 'oomph'. Hope I've helped, I'm going to pick up another bottle when I get a chance.

yeah man thanks a lot, I always saw those products not for overly obese people, but for people who wanted that extra bit of oomph to push them over the edge...I think I will give it a go, for shits and giggles, why not
