Hey,

I am wondering if my daily food intakes are good for fat lose and getting ripped.

I am 19 yr old, 137 pounds, 66 inches (5' 6")

Here's what some meals look like...

Meal One:
3/4 Cup Whole Grain Total
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
(mixed together with cinnamon and splenda)

Meal Two:
2 Slices 100% Whole Wheat
6 Slices Turkey Breasts
1 Egg
1 Slice American Cheese
1 Medium Apple

Meal Three:
1/2 Onion
5.2 oz Medium Sweet Potatoe
8.1 oz Chicken
2/3 cup Broccoli Normandy
1/2 Cup Cut Green Beans

Meal Four:
2 oz Chop Meat
2 Slice Weight Watchers Rye Bread
3 Medium Leaf Lettuce
1 Pickle
1/2 Cup Pork and Beans

Another...

Meal One:
1 Cup Kashi GoLean
1/2 Cup Oatmeal

Meal Two:
4 oz Roast Beef (Eye, tip, Roasted)
1 Pathmark Russet Medium Potato
1 Cup Mushrooms
2/3 cup Broccoli Normandy

Meal Three:
1 Medium Apple
1 Cup Post Honey Bunches Of Oats
1 Cup Skim Milk
Whey with Glutamine Shake

Meal Four:
1/4 Cup (dry) Brown Rice
1/2 Onion
4 oz Boneless Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup Mushrooms

Meal Five:
Whey with Glutamine Shake

One more...

Meal One:
1 Cup Kashi GoLean
1 Cup Cherrios
2 Medium Strawberries
1/2 Cup 2% Milk

Meal Two:
8 oz Boneless Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup Diced Tomatoes
1/2 Onion
1/2 Cup Cut Green Beans
Salad

Meal Three:
3 oz Tuna
1 Slice Split Top Wheat Bread
Salad

Meal Four:
1/4 Cup (dry) Brown Rice
1/2 Onion
4 oz Chop Meat
1 Slice American Cheese
1 Cup Mushrooms
2/3 cup Broccoli Normandy

Meal Five:
1 Medium Orange
Whey with Glutamine Shake

They range from 1600 to 1800 calories. Is that enough? Or too much?
How many cals should I range from?
Should i take out any foods?

Looks good for now. Since your weight is below 140 you should be able to eat a little more but diet is very individual. Losts of protien and lifting, remember to "feed the fire" your body needs fuel and energy. 4 to 5 small meals a day should keep the fire burning. I do recommend high fiber, Bran cereals and fruit.
