Ok, I just got a new job :claphigh: and the schedule is a little weird. I start training next Monday and it's for 5 weeks, from 3:30 PM to 12AM. I'm assuming I will have 2 10-15 minute breaks and a 30 minute lunch. I've lately been waking up at 8 or 9 AM. I have a membership at a 24 hour gym as well. What do I do? I have to try to eat 5-6 meals, cardio, and weights. Anyone do anything similar? Should I do cardio in the early AM, come home, then do weights after work, or just do weights and cardio at the same time in the morning? I'm guessing I'm going to have to find some small meals packed with calories to take for my breaks. Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yea, I'm off on the weekends and am doing Max-OT program. After 4 weeks, I'll be off on Thur. and Fri, which should be easier.
In August I start school again and I will have 2 classes each day except Friday (I'm going to try full time work and college, pray for me :D).

i'd do any training or cardio before work personally. but really, i wouldn't do both in the same day. everytime i do, i end up overtraining. so, if you're gonna do that... ABSOLUTELY MAKE SURE you are getting enough calories. Its so easy to make that mistake... for me at least.

Let me share something with you though...I started last Sept at 277 and I was so eager to look good all I could think was okay how fast can i get this weight off. Big mistake. Here I am now at 187, and i'm still pretty soft and i've lost a considerable amount of muscle. I ate very little. Its better to fuel your body properly and do everything right. Its easier for your body to handle, and in the end you will look much better and harder. Please dont try to lose 40 lbs in a month and a half. In the end youre gonna be mad at yourself (and nothing but skin, bones, and droopy fat)

Hehe, that was my goal at the beginning of the summer, so it would have been like 3 months. Don't worry, I'm not that stupid  I'll have to adjust my goals.
