View Full Version : Need help starting Cutting diet (please critique)

Hey guys, first time poster.

I've been working out now for several months, probably around 6, and I have seen a huge difference. I'm in the cutting phase, and I was wondering if you guys could critique my cutting diet.

10:30 am wake up- oatmeal with 100% ON Rich Choc Whey
12:00 Tuna fish and cottage cheese sandwhich on 100% wheat
3:00 Natural peanut butter sandwich on wheat
6:00 Usually some baked chicken with spinach or a similar meal
9:00 More cottage cheese

I also drink water all day long

How am I doing for cutting?

Little high on the fat content but it is a good start. Try to eat the high fat stuff early in the day, in your case before 4 pm, that way you'll have a chance to burn it off before bedtime. Tuna is great!

Nix the peanut butter.
Nix the cottage cheese.

No dairy...
