Don't stop cardio.
Cardio = energy, breath, healthy heart, helps metabolism + + +
Lifting: Watch out for over training w/weigths. Maybe consider switching off 1-2 days of lifting workouts with cardio.

no one else?...
if my bmr is 1858 AND i do 45minutes cardio a day...AND i do 45-1hour weight training a day...how much do i need to eat to maintain my weight?

1858 X Activity level
1.4 i believe is moderate
so 2600 to maintain (you were eating WAY too little, no wonder you werent losing. You were eating less than your BMR which is what your body needs to function if you SLEPT all day)
So 2600 - 500 = 2100 cals to lose 1 pound/ week....probably a little more depending on activity! Dont reduce calories all at once either.
Good luck!

Cardio is good. Introduce it and your weight will go down.

Don't focus on your TOTAL CALORIES.
Focus on WHAT those KCALS are comprised of, how they are arranged, when, why, with what, etc.....
VERY key.
I could eat 2500 kcals and get SHREDDED or eat another 2500 kcals and GAIN weight. It's not total KCALS that matters............that's 80's thinking.
