hello!
so, I ordered up some Myoplex whey protein in the big tub. and wow, that is a big tub. I tried what they suggested on the label (4 scoops in 8 oz of cold filtered water) and, well, my tastebuds weren't happy with me.
the solution I've found is that I'll add 2 scoops to an 8 oz glass of orange juice in the morning. I know that juice has a fair amount of carbs in it from the sugar content, but it's tasty and I that's my morning "meal".
is there a better way I can / should be doing this? I'd love to have more whey protein during the day / evening, but I can't see drinking 3 glasses of OJ a day. or should I?
oh, my wife and I have also found that they whey protein's vanilla flavor really adds to the Jell-O nonfat sugarfree vanilla pudding. :) a treat for ourselves every so often.
