I had ordered a York bench from Argos here in the UK, but cancelled it and went for the Marcy instead, partly due to some of the info from this site :bow:

My lat tower is quite simmilar to this model. I must say it's not ideal for use as a power rack substitute; as you can see, there's no safety bars if you have to bail out (i.e. if the weight on a barbell gets to heavy, you're risking injury or damage to your equipment). If you're using this primarily as a lat tower, you should be good to go. If you're going to also use this for squatting/benching, just be careful and you should be fine, you just won't be able to go all out to the same extent as someone with a "true" power rack.
