I have been cutting for a few months with great results.
One food I have found that really has helped my diet is Quinoa and Cous Cous.
Quinoa is cooked like rice and although bland to taste, is great mixed with Tuna or chicken. Cous Cous ,you just pour into hot water until it absorbs the liquid. It's really filling and low fat and very high protein.
I get the wholewheat variety which is also organic.
