I am 1.90m and I weigh 80 kg. Pretty low body fat (guess around 10%) I work out with Max-OT; I am on my fourth week and my primary goal is to gain some weight. A trainer advised me to take some aminos, and weight-gainer, so my daily intake looks about like this:

0745 5 aminos (each 1.6 g)
0800 breakfast (lots of cereal)
1100 100g weightgainer shake (70 carbs, 20 protein)
1300 at the university cafeteria a standard meal (chicken steak, potatoes, salad etc.)
1600 5 aminos before and after workout
1900 sclices of bread with cheese, sausage,..
1930 100g weightgainer shake

is this alright for weight gaining?
