1 can chicken drained
1/2 cup spanish rice (I get a canned variety)
salsa and hot sauce to taste
Start the pan on medium heat, then add the 1/2 cup spanish rice. Cook for a min. or two while you drain the chicken (the canned variety is next to the tuna in the grocery store). Then add the chicken and cut it up with your cooking utensils in to smaller pieces. Turn the heat up to about medium high (7) and add the salsa. Cook for 3-5 min, the turn up to high heat. While on high, mix often, then when its piping hot empty in to a bowl and CHOW!!
