Well about a week ago I finished my 12 week Max-OT course, I feel great and I can't believe the results! I'm not doing a lot of cardio to try and burn the extra fat I have laying around, it's been hard to lose the gut, but its slowly going away.

Now I need to figure out what to do next, I want to shed more body fat before bulking up my upper body again. Any suggestions?
