I'm interested in knowing what how the both of you plan to train over the period of the challenge. Can you each give a brief summary of training schedule and basic philosophy. I'm not interested in your diets at this point, just workouts.

i.e.
Weight training 4x week using MaxOT principles.
Cardio 3x week-running or stationary bike at a steady pace for 30 minutes.

.:: Update ::.

Weight: 144lbs
BF%: 11% ?(I thought was more, but calipers at gym say 11% :tucool: )
Week Notes: Well... I must say that this little copitition is helping in the motivation area. Gives you that extra *push* to do another rep, or not eat that pizza you got sitting in the freezer ;) . On a self happieness note, I can see my top 2 sets of abs starting to show through... they dont really show up in the pics, but I can definatly see them starting. :D

Well... I dont really have any kind of a "philosophy". My whole diet since the begining has been "Moderation & Motivation". No Atkins or crazy type things for me...

Moderation = Eat untill i'm "not hungary" and NOT "untill I'm full"(this was the hardest part of my whole diet... lol) I dont EVER supersize anything anymore, and I try to stay away from fastfood(even though it seems inevitable with my job :( ) I still eat the things I use to...(Spaghetti, Burgers, Pizza...etc) I just eat less than I did before, and I eat it ALOT less frequently. When I'm nolonger hungry, I cover it up or throw it away imediately so I don't "snack" on it because it's in front of me.

Motivation = Get my butt in the gym atleast 3 times a week... Pick the farther parking space when I go to the store... take the Stairs insted of the elevator...etc

As far as my workouts... I tend to spend 3-4 days per week in the gym at about 2hrs a session. First hour is Weights, next 45min is some form of cardio (eliptical / Tredmill / Recumbent bike / Erg (rower)). The last 15min is spent THOUGHLY stretching.

When I lift weights I tend to mix up styles a little because it keeps me happy... and thats what keeps me in the gym. Sometimes I do 4-6 heavy reps, other times I use just enough weight to get 10-12 reps.

Sorry nothing fancy.... Just a little Moderation & Motivation ;)

David, you've made impressive gains in the recent weeks and your hair looks much better.

The relaxed back picture is the biggest improvement to me. On your double bicep pose try keeping your elbows higher and push them forward while relaxing your traps.

David, Your chest has shown massive improvement. I don't mean to focus on lifts too much, but how much has your strength improved since your before pic?
