Sorry about the poor quality and angle, but I only have a mid-range webcam and I also need to click the mouse to take a shot, which makes it hard to get a good angle. I'm fairly new to weight training. I've been doing it improperly since shortly after my 18th birthday (January 2nd, 2003) and properly since a few weeks ago. Up until those past few weeks, my nutrition hasn't been proper, either. The fact that I have no tan can be attributed to the fact that it's been cold here since late september. Anyway... here they are.

with a proper diet and lifting program.. you can put on some real size in 6-12 weeks!
you got a great base to start off with, skinny guy :p

I finally have a proper diet and lifting program, which I plan to do until boot camp. After boot camp, I'm going to start bulking and cutting.

btw whats boot camp?
