I woke at 6:30 had a couple of cups of fresh squeezed OJ. Went to the gym did 45 mins of StairMaster on level 4 which equated to 3.13 miles. Pretty happy about that.

Then did lat pull downs, seated rows, fly's, weighted ab machine and another weight which works the triceps.

Then I came home and had a ham and cheese omelet.

Good start to the day I think.

Oh wait I forgot to mention one thing...

I forgot to mention the part where my wife is a massage therapist and she gave me a full body massage.

Now off to the party, GOOOO PATS!!!!!

My day today sucks.
First i get yelled at by john, then i bust a spoke on my rear tire and had to wait under a tree for 30 minutes for someone to pick me up.

I woke up at a friend's house with a raging sinus infection and a pulled muscle somewhere between my sternum and shoulderblade.

Lifted 2x18's with a fever and almost passed out after Deads.

Went psychotic in the VIP forums for no good reason.

Ignored my first JSF member.

Left the forums entirely for 12 minutes then changed my mind.

Accomplished a bunch of stuff at work.

Barely ate anything 'cause my appetite's shot.

Looked into getting an appointment with a chiropractor.

Got the shock of my life from a good friend that still has me reeling.

Went for a great run with one of my coworkers and was effortlessly faster than him the whole way.

Responded to a 2.5 year old thread that wh0 resurrected for some reason.
