hello,
anyone ever encountered bulging nerves when lifting heavy weights :db: ? are the bulging nerves temporary? especially those that show up on our arms...

Thats not a bad plan.
Eat well, lift weights, do cardio?
Thats the basics! Now it just sounds like you need to fill in some details of exactly HOW you'll be eating well, lifting weights, and doing cardio; making goals, and then following through!
You are already 25% of the way there!

lol..
ooops :o
okay...eating well is...eating natural foods (stopping the junk and chocolates... waaah), then weights (tuesday: back and biceps; thursday: quads, calves, hamstrings; saturday: pecs, delts, triceps), cardio is brisk walking for 30 minutes...
i have no idea though how many and what exercises to do for back and biceps, quads, calves, hamstrings...etc...
still researching...
any suggestions??
