Hrm, yeah forgot all about this stuff. :)

Anyways, I started in earnest on May 9, and that would really make 3 weeks of work...I had to take some days off last week due to a foot injury so I made it a cheat week. :o

In spite of the cheat week, I've dropped to right at 240lbs. That's down from approximately 248-250 when I started. I start lifting again tomorrow, but I think I still need to take it easy on my foot. (I've got an ingrown toenail that was infected, antibiotics cleared that up though). Today I did 40 minutes of fairly low speed cardio, and noticed my toe was bleeding after I finished. Hope that doesn't happen again.

Didn't have time to check any measurements, but I know my pants are looser on me so that's the most important measurement to me at the moment. :D

Yeah, it's been awhile since I've posted anything. I took a couple weeks off from lifting & cardio after doing a BFL run, and now I'm on Swolegenix. As a matter of fact this is my first week on the program and I'm sore as hell. And I've determined that GNC Chocolate & Caramel whey protein should be relabeled Chocolate & Vomit. I'm glad I only bought a 1lb bag of that crap. Should have 5lbs of orange All the Whey on Monday though! :drool:

I haven't been hungry either, even with my extremely long work hours (I work 7 on 7 off, 12 hour shifts). So far so good, but I'm not even going to worry about weighing myself until next week or so. So a guesstimate on starting stats:

5'8"
250lbs
Probably 25-30% BF

I'll probably update this weekly or biweekly...mainly whenever I get a chance to.
