I am keen to start the MAX OT workout after I finish cutting in the Autumn.
Any ideas if there is a way to print of all the weeks schedules without having to go into each day seperately?

Off the top of my head...i think from page 132 - on of the PDF ...is a basic breakown. I am also thinking about doing it. Im just trying to decide whether im gonna follow it exact or change it a little to fit my crazy schedule.

Here are the 1st 8 weeks of the program in Word format. No instructions, just the exercises,reps,sets. After week 8 you rest for a week, then repeat.
