Well, it's been an interesting last 127 days. I've probably gone through every phase that one goes through during such a large transition. You'll excuse the lack of details on that one.
But I know why you're here so on to the pictures!

Like I said in my first picture thread ('http://forums.johnstonefitness.com/showthread.php?t=709') I wanted noticable results by my birthday (today!)
I posted two months later with some horrible pictures. They're in that thread.
Now? Now things are better, I think. You tell me :)

Now here I am after a plate of Indian Food (dietary weakness), a Java Chip Frappucino (I've never had one), and a nice lil orange sorbet. I'm a lil bloated but feelin' good.
My abs do show a little bit more than that picture shows, but not much more :) Anybody want to guess my body fat?
How about the body fat of my forearm?

My forearms drive me nuts: they're always ripped a good 2 months ahead of the rest of my body :)
I'll take anybodies opinion about cutting vs. bulking. I think if I cut for another month or two I'll get down to my looow goal of 8%. I also think that bulking will be very fun. Choices choices...
Oh! John! Thank you SO MUCH for getting fed up with your body and changing your life. Thank you for putting your results on line. Thank you for being dedicated to it for so long. Thank you for somehow getting posted on Fark. I litterally would not be here without you. I owe you big for lighting a fire under my ass :nod:
