hi i want to know if it is posible to bulk without adding fat, i heard the expresion "clean bulk" in this forums but i think what people do is bulk then cut and repeat again. i would like to hear someone who has acomplished a clean bulk and tell what he did.

I'll be interested to hear the 'trick' too....I'm trying to gain mass and have been adding some mass and some fat. Since the fat is going only to my stomach, I'm not really digging it.

I think a "clean bulk" refers to the kind of food you eat while bulking. It doesn't imply that there's no fat gained during the bulk. I suppose many people who bulk cleanly might be more patient, and willing to accept slower LBM gains in exchange for a smaller proportion of fat gain.
But "clean" just means you're not pigging out on oreos to get your calorie surplus. Instead, you're doubling up on oatmeal, brown rice, etc. "Dirty bulk"s include junk food, "clean bulk"s don't.

Same here. I'm gaining muscle along with fat. I think John put it best when he said that you could minimize fat gains in bulking, but there is no way you can really grow without gaining a certain ratio of muscle to fat 1:2 or 1:3

It is possible if u know ur body down to a T, which is really really hard. John does a very good job in his updates at describing his bulk process.
