Hello gentleman....my name is Dietor...im 21 from Indiana and i discovered this site lastnight. anyways...the other week i decided to better myself and get more healthy. I stopped smoking cold turkey, and i started to ride a stationary bike. Being new to the area and moving from a completly different state...i dont have much money yet to get suppliments and buy my own food and such. But i eat healthy whatever i can...i eat several meals a day at moderate amounts, and when i ride bike (7 days a week) i ride untill i have lost 230 cal from fat.(bike has a cal. counter on it) which takes me usually about an hour to an hour and a half and my heart beat is about 100-120(too low?)...some nights i really push myself, others i take my time so i dont strain myself :-P i am also doing push ups and sit ups to work on the man boobs(thats how i found the forum...they are big! but i dont have puffy nipples...or any lumps...so im pretty sure its just fat...and a lot of it!) but as of now, im more worried about losing the fat and getting my bf% down...but Is it healthy that i am riding the bike for that long and that hard? or am i eventually going to over do myself? your feed back would be greatly appreciated. thanks!! and its a good thing what you guys are doing :-)
