Hi everyone, I have my total amount to get cut worked out (thanks to the help I got on this forum) I tried to work it out on fitday, only thing is, it seems like a lot of food per meal?

My stats on a 40/40/20 plan are:
6'1ft @ 215lb x 12 = 2580
I worked it out to
Per day
258g pro
258gcarbs
57g fat

Per meal
43g pro
43gcarbs
9.5g fat

Can someone please give me an idea/sample of 1 meal for my day. Im still confused? I have 7 weeks to look decent for my trip to Europe.
Thanks for the Help :)

I'm not quite sure I follow your post...
Are you asking what you can eat that registers in the 43g/43g/9.5g range? My suggestion here is that you build up to that over a day, its tough to come by a meal that will give you exact proportions like that...some people eat one carb/protein meal, one protein/fat meal and things like that, but trying to have each meal average to a certain gram requirement is going to be really hard...

Also, if you're trying to do some quick cutting, you might want to multiply weight by 10x..thats what I've done and I'm losing about 2-3lbs a week...that'd be 14-21lbs for you :) Doesn't work for everyone like that, but its certainly working for me.
If you're interested in some good foods to eat here are just a few:
-oatmeal
-egg whites
-chicken breast
-cottage cheese (my new found love!!)
-fruits and veggies :)!

Drop another post and maybe I can help further..also, what kind of excersize program are you on?
