I have been working out for some time now, and beeing young, it hasn't been all that difficult to loose weight. But now i'm not so sure it's gonna be easy anymore. At what bf % is a good time to stop. I have not been able to measure my bf % accuratly, but by comparison on this forum and some testing, i believe its about 11%. Still have a issue with my lower abs.. :( . What is the "standard" stopping % when cutting, and how long should the next phase be? The maintenance phase right?

Sorry for the confusing wrigting style. Hopefully someone can interpret and aswer :tu:

everyone's different. i will probably stop when i can flex an have a strong six-pack, while relaxed you can definitely tell i work out quite a bit.

It's totally up to you. There is no standard.

Stop whenever you're happy :D

I personally will try to cut down to 8% BF, maintain briefly, then bulk up. I'll continue bulking until I hit 10% BF (when/if that happens) and then cut back down to 9% BF.

Right now 8% seems VERY far away :(
