Alright, gonna start a journal. My weight has been going up even though ive been cutting, yet i am bigger leaner (muscle maybe) Post criticism, whatver.
7 am - 100 cal for oatmeal, 100 cal from protein powder
45 min jog.
11 am. Turkey, veggies, some brown rice, cottage cheese. 400 cals?
2:30 Turkey 200 cals
3:00 same as 7 am meal, 200 cals
So far ive had 1000 cal
