Just got the results back for this years Health Risk Assessment. Resting Heart Rate: 54, Blood Pressure: 110/78, Triglyceride: 125 (anything under 150 is good), Cholesterol: 137 (Excellent-BUT) HDL 36 (too low) LDL 137 (very good). All other things they checked fell within "optimal" parameters. Only other thing was slightly elevated Eosinophils (white blood cell count), which doc attributes to allergies.
Just to compare, last year my BP was 114/78, Triglyceride was like 160 (can't remember), and cholesterol was over 200.
*Takes a bow* Thank you, thank you very much
I would like to take this opportunity to again thank John Stone, who is rapidly climbing the ladder of my personal heroes. If not for his dedication to and professionalism with his site, I would not be where I am today. THANKS JOHN!!
