Hey Everyone!
How much saturated fat should you have or can you have if you are trying to cut?
The reason I ask - tomorrow - superbowl, all my friends will be downing hamburgers hotdogs, beers, wings, chips, etc. Since I promised myself to get back to what I was shape wise (and then some) I do not plan on having a cheat meal for another 2 weeks at least. I bought some turkey burgers and some fat free hotdogs so I can eat during the game. The burgers have 9g a fat per patty, 2g are saturated. I will probably have 2 burgers. I checked all my totals (planned out meals) and it will keep me at around 17-1800 calories for the day still and at a 40-40-20% split.
Basically, I want to know if it would be ok to have a turkey burger for a dinner or snack or something aside from the superbowl, or since it has 2g sat. fat, limit it to once in awhile?
Thanks!
