View Full Version : John Stone Day 16 and 17
cannibustacap Tue, June 1st, 2004, 11:19 PM Like everyone else in this forum, I am extremely impressed and find great motivation from John Stone and his progress.
However, I was taking careful looks at this .GIF animation: http://www.johnstonefitness.com/html/t_ani_1_year.html
And I noticed that between day 16 and 17 John lost significant inches to his various diameters all over his body.
There are 366 images in that .GIF file and I assume each picture is representative and taken in 24 hour intervals. The hair seems a bit puffy on the second picture. I'm not sure.. Maybe I'm just nuts
Well look at this difference in only 24 hours. It kind of shocked me. I don't know what to think, I assume this is normal and happens often. I thought it was a bit more gradual than this. Help me out here: (either way, I deduce that this was the take off of his sexy train)

soltrain Tue, June 1st, 2004, 11:26 PM This might be the first time John started sucking in his gut more and flexing. Try it once - you can do a before and after pic in a matter of seconds.
French Spirit Tue, June 1st, 2004, 11:34 PM Must be a different camera view, because it seems that he got taller as well.
Jbroad572 Tue, June 1st, 2004, 11:39 PM Yeah chest hair is different as well. And the same boxers 2 straight days? Maybe it was a mistake and he got them out of order????

So he sucked in his legs and arms too?
I am going more for Jbroad572's explanation. Pictures out of order. If you notice, he does wear the same 2 boxers on consequtive days. I think its funny. (fat and lazy == lol)
John Stone Wed, June 2nd, 2004, 12:02 AM You guys crack me up. I have not even looked at my own pictures in such detail.
The pictures are in the correct order - I still have all the originals with the original timestamps intact.
The reason I have the same boxers on is (as I have explained on my site), early in my program I didn't always take the pictures at the same time. The first picture above was taken after my shower, while the 2nd picture was taken on the following morning before my shower (morning hair = puffy). The boxers are changed daily.
It also looks like I'm flexing my abs in the second picture but not the first, which would account for the difference in my belly. The apparent difference in height is just due to inconsistent cropping. Look at the bottom of the pictures and you can see they were cropped at slightly different points. As for my chest hair (jesus, am I really taking time to type all this out?) I guess it moved from one day to the next? Also in the first picture the camera image is much softer (crappy camera).
metron9 Wed, June 2nd, 2004, 01:10 AM Going to have to go with Johns explination on this one. The picture blur is also on the larger picture making him seem fatter then the sharp focus picture. I posted two pictures of my back just 30 seconds apart flexed and unflexed and you would swear they were 6 months apart. You did have me going for a few moments though and my first thought was out of order, my second thought was where the heck can I get that hair tonic he used to grow that hair so fast! I could use some of that.
Filthysock Wed, June 2nd, 2004, 01:16 AM anything can contribute to a radically different look, sucking in the gut is a big one.

Lurifax Wed, June 2nd, 2004, 10:21 AM Why in earth would you spend your time looking into this ''detail''?
I mean, that's just something i can't understand, neither is it important. Is it intressting? Jelousing? Or got nothing else to do?
This is no critisme, I just wonder why anyone would spend their time on something like this?..(Because I cant get it? )
