Does anyone have a good website or program for stretching to increase flexibility? I believe an increase in flexibility would help me in the various sports I play and I'm interested in trying to increase my flexibility somehow. Not just stretching to warm up, but stretching to increase flexibility.

The quickest way to flexibility is PNF stretching (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation). In a nutshell, you stretch the muscle in three stages. Stage one is a passive stretch for 20-30 seconds, immediately followed by stage 2, which is to clench the muscle against an immovable object for 6 seconds, followed by stage three, which is passive stretching again for 20-30 seconds. Works like magic.
