I'm trying to use BodyShop more and still cannot input my DOB, how can I fix it?

I'm trying to use BodyShop more and still cannot input my DOB, how can I fix it?
Edit your profile and on the "Account Information" tab hit the calendar icon on the right-hand side of the text input box. Use the calendar year and month controls to navigate to the correct year and month then click on the appropriate date. Save your profile when satisfied.
