Hey guys. I'm new the the forum but have been around on the site and board a bit doing research and gathering information on the best way to determine body fat%.
I have since put together a little web page that will help you determine your body fat % based upon 4 types of caliper formulas (Jackson-Pollock 7, Jackson-Pollock 3, Pollock et al. 3, and Parrillo 9 site).
All you need to do is take your measurements and input the numbers and it will do the rest of the work for you. I've tested with some of the guys up here at work and it seems to be fairly accurate.
You can find it here: Body Fat Calculator (http://www.battlezinc.com/bodyfatcalc.asp)
Enjoy and great posting everone!
