Hi All.
Starting a new journal thread. My 14 day diet thread turned up to be crap. Could not stick to it at all and I have gained like 2-3 pounds last couple of weeks. Think it was a good thing for me. Feelt very drained and now I feel like I can restart again....

Hi!
I never really count calories. I go more with the feeling. If i feel too low I load and if I feel bulked I cut. It's kinda living on the edge. My biggest problem is my cheating. I need to stop cheat as much as I do. Can I overcome that then the shape will be there pretty quickly. Don't have that much too lose. ;)
So what's your dietary plan ? Cals ?

Had a great shoulders and back workout last night. Really adding some strength to my shoulders. Added atleast like 10-15 pounds on the lateral raise during my first serious 9 months. Feels really great. This is also probably the muscle group with most gains. Had terrible shoulders before and now they are coming alive.
On the food side I have been a good boy this week. Not cheated at all actually which is good for being me. Not one single time. Hopefully I can drop some bodyfat soon. Also hope it won't effect my strength because then it's not worth it. :)

35 day count down to my vacation. Have setup a strict plan that I will follow. Marking of every day as a cheat or not cheat day and doing it hardcore way. Will probably be in fair shape in like two weeks. Good feeling right now....

I have been a good boy these last couple of days. Have been eating very clean and I can feel it on my body. Not retained so much water and feel pretty slim. Went out for a long run last night and I feelt very powerful in the legs. Think it was a good thing cutting all the running I used to. Think I got a bit worn out by it all. Today it's chest and legs. Wish me luck. :)

I feel great today. Had my first weekend in a long time when I did not pig out. Weight is pretty stable and I feel lean to be monday. Will stick to this now for a while and see what will happen. Added some supplements to my diet to boost the metabolism. Will see if it works or not.

Ohh Lord I am such a cheater. Been stuffing myself with chocolate pudding and tacos. Me the grand master pig. Just had to admit it to relieve my mind. :)
