5'9 160lbs shooting for 2500 Calories a day will shoot for more if gains are not what I expected.

Well first time I have bulked please feel free to tear it apart. :)

6:30 AM
4 Egg whites
1 Whole Egg
3/4 Cup Quaker oats old fasioned

9:30 AM
Mypoplex Original Shake

12:00
8oz Chicken Breast
1 large sweet potatoe
2 boiled eggs
2 cups of brocoli -- had this to

3:00
can of tuna
2 slices wheat bread
fat free mayonaise
1 tbs mustard
2 boiled eggs

Totals 1792 Total Calories 043f 158c 192p
shooting for 2500 which is very easy for me to make because of my huge appetite.

No I just posted 4 meals. I am eating 6 times a day, 7 on workout days counting my pwo shake. My last meal is at 9:00 pm.. my last two meals typically look like this:

6:00 Pm
1/2 Cup Oatmeal Pre Workout
1 Scoop Whey

7:30 --
2 scoops gatorade powder
1 scoop whey


8:30
Chicken or salmon .. grill the chicken or broil the salmon
small salad

I don't think you are eating enough...

your basal burn plus daily activity probably puts you at 2300-2500 or so...

I would say it is safe to shoot for 2800-3000.
