*Observed Results: When I go to Edit Profile > Other Options > Uncheck "Animate Side Menu" it doesn't stop animating the side menu, it continues to change colors in a scrolling fashion. I even logged out and logged back in just to see if that would help. It didn't. Going back into the other options, the check box is still unmarked and yet it's still animated.

*Expected Results: The side menu should stop being animated.
