Feature Requested: Let the user choose the units (imperial,metric...) for ALL the site.

Feature Description:

It would be nice to let the user choose wich units he wants to see, not only for his own stats but for ALL the site.
For example if an user chooses to see units in metric, all the budies measurements will be converted to meters, the weights in workouts logs to kilos, weights in foods... etc...

Justification:
it's messy to browse the site with a mix of units (especially when you use metric units but the majority of people uses imperial).
You have to be around with an online unit converter opened and constantly converting... ugh!
