Screen Resolution:

*BodyShop Theme: Default?

*Observed Results:
Initially I tried signing up with my forum username (not knowing i could just login) it didn't let me. It kept saying "Invalid Characters: Only alphabetical, numerical and _ characters allowed" I had an email exchange with John where i found out I just have to log in, no new account needed.

I tried logging in and it says "Invalid username/password or inactive account. Please try again." If I try the "forgot my password" option I get the same "Invalid Characters: Only alphabetical, numerical and _ characters allowed" error

Before realizing i was supposed to just login, i had created another account (CptFantastic). But for consistency sake with the forum, I'd like to use the same username

*Expected Results:
Expected result would have been to login using my forum credentials

[ ] Rarely

*Page URL Occurred On:
http://bodyshop.johnstonefitness.com/loginportal.php

*Steps to Reproduce:
Tried logging in, tried the "forgot my password" option. neither work with my forum credentials.

Hi There,

Thanks for reporting this, I just checked bodyshop and it looks like an account was created for you as it should. Ensure password is typed in correctly, it's case sensitive. I thought initially it had something to do with your username, but please ensure both are typed in with case sensitivity in mind (including your username).

Let me know if this helps or needs me to continue investigating.

Thanks!

I got it working. Not sure what was wrong. Btw, I had also created another account before i realized to use the forum username. It's under "Cptn Fantastic" or something similar. Not sure if you want to delete that, or if there is an automatic deletion for non-use or something. Sorry about that.

Thanks! :)
